How net salary in Ukraine is calculated
Ukrainian payroll is a flat calculation: 18% personal income tax (PDFO) plus a 5% military levy (raised from 1.5% at the end of 2024), both on gross, giving net = gross x 0.77.
The 22% unified social contribution (YeSV) is paid by the employer and does not reduce take-home. That makes the employee net straightforward. Estimate, not tax advice.
