How net salary in Russia is calculated
From 2025 Russia moved from a near-flat tax to a five-band NDFL scale: 13% up to 2.4M RUB a year, then 15%, 18%, 20% and 22% on successive bands. Each rate applies only to the income inside its band.
Social contributions are an employer cost, so the employee net is simply gross minus NDFL. The calculator works on annual income and shows the monthly equivalent. Estimate, not tax advice.
