# Calculadora de sueldo neto — Spain net pay

Source page: https://valem.run/calculators/spain/net-salary

Your Spanish net salary is your gross minus social-security contributions and IRPF income tax, after the personal-minimum credit.

**Tax year:** 2026

## How it is calculated

Spanish payroll deducts employee social security (6.50%) on a capped base, then withholds IRPF income tax on the combined state-plus-regional scale, running 19% to 47% across the brackets.

A personal minimum reduces the tax, and salaries are commonly paid over 14 instalments (two extra pay months), so the monthly figure divides by 14. Regions set the upper half of the scale, so Madrid and Cataluna differ slightly. Estimate, not tax advice.

## Worked example

With Salario bruto anual of 25,000 EUR, this model computes Neto / mes of 1,375.11 EUR.
