# 연봉 실수령액 계산기 — South Korea take-home pay

Source page: https://valem.run/calculators/south-korea/net-salary

Your South Korean take-home is gross minus about 9.71% social insurance, national income tax and a 10% local income tax.

**Tax year:** 2026

## How it is calculated

South Korean payroll deducts the four social insurances — national pension, health, long-term care and employment — about 9.71% of gross together in 2026. Both main rates rose that year: the national pension from 9% to 9.5% (employee half 4.75%) and health insurance from 7.09% to 7.19% (employee half 3.595%), with employment insurance steady at 0.9%.

National income tax applies on brackets from 6% to 45% after the earned-income deduction, and a local income tax of 10% of the national tax is added. This simplified model applies both. Estimate, not tax advice.

## Worked example

With 연봉 of 50,000,000 KRW, this model computes 월 실수령 of 3,366,839.58 KRW.
