# Salary Calculator Singapore — CPF & tax

Source page: https://valem.run/calculators/singapore/net-salary

Your Singapore net pay is gross minus employee CPF (20%, capped) and resident income tax, which is assessed annually rather than withheld.

**Tax year:** YA2026

## How it is calculated

Singapore employees under 55 contribute 20% of wages to CPF, up to the ordinary-wage ceiling. Income tax is charged separately on the progressive resident scale from 0% to 24%, but it is assessed annually and paid later, not deducted each month.

CPF and earned-income reliefs reduce the chargeable income. The calculator shows CPF and the annual tax so you can see both take-home and the tax bill. Estimate, not tax advice.

## Worked example

With Gross annual salary of 60,000 SGD, this model computes Net / year 46,890 SGD.
